Unravel Principles of Self-Organization in Injured Tissue
The project focus on the pemphigus vulgaris, combing the Fluid Force Microscopy, omics data (transcriptomic, epigenomic and proteomic), and integrative data analysis and modeling to reveal the mechanism that driving the tissue remodeling during injury. This will help develop the novel treatment approaches, which will benefit not only PV, but also other severe human inflammatory and neoplastic diseases.
