The C5aR2 pathway as a checkpoint for B cell activation in autoimmunity.

For my project I am investigating the role of the second C5a receptor (C5aR2) pathway as a checkpoint for B cell activation in autoimmunity. Within the scope of this project I want to define the impact of C5aR2 activation for the maturation of B cells, and the regulation of plasma cell induction and autoantibody production.
